Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the items you order and the amount due. If you choose to receive text updates, we also collect the mobile phone number you provide. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name.

Text message (SMS) updates

Providing your mobile number is optional. If you provide it, we send you SMS text messages about your order — for example, when it is being prepared and when it is ready for pickup. Your number is used only for your order's updates and is not sold or shared for marketing.

Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We use Twilio to deliver these messages.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card number. Cash payments are handled in person at the booth.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to prepare and fulfill your order, to send the order updates you requested, and to keep basic records of sales. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share the minimum information needed with the providers that run the service on our behalf: Twilio (text messaging) and Stripe (payment processing). They may use it only to provide their service to us.

Data retention

We keep order and sales records for as long as needed for our business and tax records, and delete or anonymize personal details such as phone numbers when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can opt out of text updates at any time by replying STOP. To ask what information we hold about you or to request its deletion, contact us using the details below.
