These terms apply when you use the San Juan Wings ordering page, operated by Jonathon C English (dba San Juan Wings). By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering and pickup
Orders placed through this page are for pickup at our booth. We prepare orders during our posted hours; if we are closed or an item is unavailable, the page will say so. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it.
Pricing and payment
Prices and any applicable tax are shown before you submit your order. You can pay by card or with cash at the booth. Cash totals may be rounded to the nearest convenient amount, and the amount shown at checkout reflects any such rounding.
Cancellations and refunds
If we cannot fulfill an order you have paid for, we will refund it. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at the booth or using the details below as soon as possible.
Text message updates
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS text messages about your order. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Please use this page only to place genuine orders. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Please tell us about any food allergies before ordering.
